We send you a mortgage offer and a good faith estimate detailing all rates and fees associated with your loan along with a mortgage and debt analysis (click here). 

We schedule your appraisal and an appraiser comes out to the property.

Your sign the mortgage documents and supply us with all required documents in a timely manner.

We lock your rate and schedule the closing. 

You close on your loan. Estimated time one to two weeks.*
