You must notify us of our competitors offer and send us a bonafide GFE (Good Faith Estimate) from a legitimate lender with a clean record with the State Banking Commission and Attorney Generals Office (no bait and switch)  with rate lock commitment within 24 hours. The rate quoted must not be an introductory rate (example - good for 6 months etc). The rate must be an interest rate on the loan and not a payment rate.
